I recently had the chance to sit down with 🗺️ Todd Kirk and Casey Trujillo and dig into the role of the NPS in customer success on BrainStorm Inc.'s podcast, SaaS Therapy.   We had a blast and I loved the chance to share my experience using NPS (yes, I said NPS 😀) as a way to better understand the customer experience and some of the NPS implementation practices we've used at ClientSuccess. We also talked about how important it is to embrace difficult conversations and receive genuine feedback to drive improvements in the customer journey- lots of gems in this conversation! Last week, our team at ClientSuccess hosted the first of several Executive Roundtables as part of our "2024 - Future of Customer Success" city tour.
