New Dependency Blog post from the BCDSS is out! This time, we have a thought-provoking article from five students in the BCDSS MA programs in Slavery and Dependency Studies! Worth a read!

📣 It's time for the new #BCDSS #blog post! For this month's post, our #MA students Adiam Tadele Abadi, Klaudia İnanç, Sonia Tesfaye, Ishita Sarkar, and Prateeti Mukhopadhyay share their impressions of their field trip to the Museum for Modern Art in Frankfurt/Main. In "Through the Walls of Silence: Building Sensory Narratives and Countering History in Cameron Rowland’s 'Amt 45i' in Frankfurt am Main," they relate how they learned more about the colonial past of Germany and its subsequent involvement in upholding the institution of #slavery and highlight the importance of continuing the discussion initiated by Rowland. 👉 Read the full blog post here: https://ow.ly/gmQQ50Q4pON Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - German Research Foundation
