Out here trying to make the world better.

Do you remember naptime in kindergarten? Some days I would fall asleep in seconds and other days I was the kid who couldn't be still or quiet, so I stapled papers for the teacher. As an adult, I've often thought about that mid-day after-lunch nap and what I'd do to have a chance at that again. Appreciating moments of rest and revitalization has become crucial as the years go by. I am grateful that E4E Relief recognizes that rest is an essential part of working well. After years of service, they offer team members a sabbatical opportunity. If I'm silent for a few weeks, it's because I'm taking this time to rest, reconnect, and rejuvenate my mind, body, and spirit! Looking forward to returning with newfound energy and creativity. Thank you, E4E Relief team! 💙 You don't need a sabbath to practice self-restoration - below are a few reminders of simple ways to take care of you! #mentalhealth @mentalwellbeing #employeewellbeing #begoodtoyou

There's something about getting older and wiser that says: Honor yourself by honoring the Sabbath. I do so with pleasure! No phone calls, pajamas all day, snacking and just being. Thank you for sharing these additional tips.
