What’s key is that organizations, teams, and individuals strive to find the right balance. It’s not as much an Either/Or as Both/And in my view.

What types of organizations (public sector or pvt. sector etc), in your opinion, are suitable for this kind of shift. Moreover, is this feasible to do in view of various types of managers/leaders?

I love this. The mindset is the beginning of a fantastic and complex journey. As Adrian Lander -Agile Practitioner, Coach, Board Advisor, Author has mentioned the risk of hiding the complexities, challenges and opportunities in the simplified drawing can create an environment of unrealistic expectations. The simplified drawing is about the mind shift, not the work that goes into the journey. The challenges and opportunities will be significant and wonderful. Reality is really a hybrid of new approaches and classic principles of success. Keep in mind that being Dogmatic about any approach will likely leave you disillusioned and wanting. Being Agile starts with a shift in how you perceive challenges and opportunities followed by how you respond to them. And this takes deep thought and consideration, extensive planning and incredible amounts of flexibility. Agile is not chaos, it is coordinated meaningful activity.
