To be an effective leader, respect is essential, and respect is built on truth. When truthfulness is restricted, your role shifts from leadership to that of a middleman.

What is leadership and being a leader: to me a leader is a person who respects the roles of others, respect peers and above all people that works for him/hers. A Leader is a person that doesn't need to exercise a coercive presence. A leader is not one by name but is one because he possesses charisma, skills and the ability to lead people without even realizing it. Being a leader has responsibilities that must not be passed on to others just to gain THE status. leads by example and being the example. This is for me a leader!

FAIRNESS is a critical skill to possess as a leader. It can make or break TRUST. Assessing the fairness of our decisions should be part of our continuous personal introspection to grow in this regard.

True Leadership: The three wolves in the first red circle are the oldest, sickest, and weakest. But they have more experience. They are given the lead because the rest of the team will follow their pace. Just behind them are the five yellow spots who are the strongest and most warrior wolves of the group. Their job is to support the forward team and deal with any attack. Just behind them, are the younger and less powerful. But the middle group is the most protected. Because behind them the group marked green is also very strong and warrior wolves. Their job is to defend against an attack from behind. Behind them, the blue-marked lone wolf is the group leader. He is coming behind everyone. His responsibility is to see if anyone is falling behind, if anyone is having any problems and to ensure that the team is moving in the right direction. That is the leader. Leaders do not always have to be in front, they have to go behind everyone if necessary. That's what leadership is all about.

High road leaders set themselves apart from people who travel the middle or low road. One of the distinguishing qualities of a high road leader is that they consistently value all people—even those who are different or disagree with them. When a leader values others, they look for ways to add value to them.

A good leader is a mirror of their own character and ideals. If you want to be a great leader who inspires and guides others, start by becoming someone you are proud of.
