While boards results are out, marks will acquire a great space. Everbody will be expecting more than what they have scored including the toppers. I won't say marks aren't important . In today's scenario they are. But the fact that everybody will be the participants of this unending rat race makes me feel Marks are just a piece of paper. Parents rather than being obsessed with marks can always encourage the students in different ways. 1. Learning and Unlearning is an never ending journey. You need to be on the track till the end 2. Ask questions till you comprehend 3. You are the captain of your ship. Nobody else should be compared with you and your journey 4. No score and no student is bad . Everybody is trying to learn. 5. 🏁 Behind the Scenes at TSRS Races at NTK over Memorial Weekend 2023🏁 Last Memorial weekend was not just about the thrill of the race, but also about getting deeper insights into the world of professional racing. I had the unique opportunity to interact with several top-tier kart both new and experienced drivers of the TSRS Memorial race, engaging them in some ard-hitting questions during the few moments they had between their races. Each interview was an eye-opener, revealing not just the adrenaline-fueled determination but also the thoughtful strategies and personal sacrifices behind each lap. What I Learned 1. Resilience is Key: Each driver displayed an incredible level of resilience, bouncing back from setbacks with a stronger will to succeed. 2. Strategy Over Speed: It's not always about how fast you go, but how well you navigate the crucial turns and tactical decisions. 3. Community and Competition: Despite the fierce competition, there's a profound sense of community and mutual respect among the drivers.
