LaVie Institute, a tenant finish project for a luxury plastic surgery client, brought home a Crystal Award at this year’s ASID Colorado Chapter Crystal Awards in the Health and Wellness category. Congratulations Emily Eyrich, Samala Hartley, Janette Ray, and Trinity Meyer!

We’re excited to share The Current, River North took home yet another award this past week. The Class-A office building took home an ASID Colorado Chapter Silver Award in the competitive Corporate Office or Workplace – 20,000 + Square Feet category. Congratulations Cynthia Steinbrecher, Amanda Jou, and Rhiannon Roberson.

Ann H. Adams, American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) President, recently hosted their 2024 Summer Leadership Summit. The event, co-organized by the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH) was held in Denver for the first time and featured a platform of great speakers, lots of comradery, and fun.

The modern Olympics are considered the world’s foremost sports competition, with athletes from all over the world vying for gold. It made people like Michael Phelps, Jesse Owens, and Mary Lou Retton household names…and champions many times over. In honor of the upcoming Summer Games, we celebrated with the Davis Backyard Olympics. Everyone was a winner. Just don’t expect to see anyone on a Wheaties box anytime soon. And special thanks to Nick Perea and Jake Fisher of SYNLawn for providing the “lawn”.

Last Friday, our Landscape Architecture studio took a break from the office for a little team-building…and more than a few laughs. Scorecards have not been shared. Thanks to our friends at Foothills Park & Recreation District for a great afternoon.

Congratulations Ann H. Adams on being recognized as a Top Mentor at the second annual Bisnow Denver Women Leading Real Estate (WLRE) awards! She was part of a talented group of women recognized for their efforts in shaping commercial real estate from within. This yearly initiative brings awareness to the importance of improving the diversity of commercial real estate businesses, particularly as it relates to hiring and promoting women.
