🌞 Summer is here and, at Caring Hearts, we want to ensure the little ones in your home have a safe and fun season! Here are some summer safety tips to keep in mind: Stay Hydrated 💧: Keep water bottles handy and encourage your kids to drink water regularly, especially during outdoor activities. Sun Protection 🌞: Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30, reapply every two hours, and don't forget hats and sunglasses to protect from harmful UV rays. Water Safety 🏊♂️: Always supervise children near water, whether it's a pool, lake or ocean. Enroll them in swim lessons and ensure they wear life jackets when boating. Heat Awareness ☀️: Limit outdoor playtime during peak heat hours (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.). Seek shade and take frequent breaks to prevent heat-related illnesses.
