A shapely wordmark that is different but conceptually fitting for the brand and audience it represents. Original and modern just like the way their furnitures are made. Looking for that perfect logomark that represents a research company can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. But Play Studio's identity and logo rebrand for Open Reasearch non-profit used that metaphor as a concept for their new mark and branding. From the chaos of research comes simplicity and organization, the logo is a simple reflection of the letter "O" in Open but formed from the paper trail and compilation of works. Taiwan's new tourism campaign and branding is based on the concept of "Waves of Wonder" inspired by the natural curves, beauty and flow of the landscapes, sea waves and mountain roads meandering through the lush forests. A custom typeface worth its price in gold, silver or bronze. Inspired by the Art Deco movement born in France, Paris based designer Elliott Amblard had the enormous task of designing a typeface in seven weights with various alternate glyphs, italics and flexible versions for every possible application. It also was designed to be eco-designed to reduce paper and ink consumption thanks to the tightly drawn letters.
