Having personally been involved in the planning of this very large electric utility network implementation, I can tell you it was a challenging and rewarding experience to work with the FirstEnergy team toward a totally successful enterprise GIS transformation. The teams at FirstEnergy, SSP Innovations, LLC, Esri, and RAMTeCH Software Solutions (among others) deserve to be very proud of this initiative and the leadership they have shown in this space.
