One can become tired, irritable, and if it continues, could also lead to many serious mental issues. Our mental health is far more crucial than a few extra hours on the job, so one has to make sure to take a break and clear their head. It’s important to prioritize mental health, especially in today’s fast-paced world. While work is important, it should not come at the cost of our well-being. Taking care of our mental health can help us be more productive and focused in the long run. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed, it’s important to take a break and engage in activities that help you relax and recharge. This could be anything from taking a walk outside, practicing mindfulness, or spending time with loved ones. However, if any, we must take a step back and prioritize your mental health.

Totally understandable! Respect and mental peace of employees are most basic things a work place should look after. If an employee feels targeted, humiliated and disappointed all the time, he/she won't be able to show their loyalty to you. It's not only about the financial compensation, but also about the recognition of the employees that matter. If you engage them, they feel that they are valued and appreciated by the company. If you're not engaged in any of the listed reasons why employees stay, start using LinkedIn for finding companies that do engage.

I disagree with this as in my opinion focusing on and craving a finite end result, means we more than likely won’t enjoy the present and every step of the journey (and the hard work needed), but also puts a goal or target that becomes the measure of success. Does that mean if we don’t reach the goal (despite craving it) that we have failed or are unsuccessful? This should absolutely not be the case. Whilst we may have an ambition to be a better version of ourselves, this should fully include enjoying every step of the journey, being focused on the present - the future will work itself out. Life’s journey shouldn’t be a lot of pain to reach some end goal which may or not bring happiness (likely won’t), as what happens afterwards? My thoughts on this at least…

We need to be able to recognize the difference between venting and complaining. Complaining normally is without an intention to look for a solution and when we talk about others, we normally are not looking for solutions. If we want solutions, we should talk to these people instead of talking about them.
