🌶Spicy Monday Time 🌶 Lets talk about pickles. 🥒 Specifically, lets talk about having a pickle-policy. So many of my #MSP friends claim to offer white-glove, high-end, customized offerings as they attempt to sell on gain to their clients. But yet you're all the same and often struggle to actually differentiate yourselves as being high-end. You dont have a pickle-policy, and instead of offering the illusion of choice, federated, standardized, and curated by your expert team, you end up offering a giant all you can eat buffet of sad wilted lettuce 🥬 and cold food ❄.
