Attention Walgreens / Walgreens Boots Alliance Tim Wentworth, John Driscoll, Kim Bender Tews, Lisa Badgley, Kim Metrick, #employeerelations #legaldept #assetsprotection #humanresources #toppriority #urgent In addition to contacting the organizations listed previously in my posts, I will also be contacting state representatives within the US Congress and ask that they do a formal inquiry into the discriminatory employment practices of Walgreens and its implementation of DEI initiatives that unfairly target valued employees. This will include, but will not be limited to:: • Jim Jordan • James Comer • Tom Emmer • Spkr Mike Johnson • Sen. Ted Cruz • Sen. Josh Hawley I will submit evidence to them on behalf of myself and other terminated employees that Walgreens did willfully and knowingly discriminate against us in wrongful termination, and unfairly twisted and manipulated corporate rules to unfairly target employees based on favoritism and rumor. Accountability will come, and we will find justice for the arrogance of the heartless corporate structure. We are reclaiming our dignity that you tried to take from us by being woke bullies. #WeTheForgotten #StandAsOne #StandUp2Bullies #HoldThemAccountable

ATTN Walgreens / Walgreens Boots Alliance #humanresources #employeerelations #legaldept Kim Bender Tews Tracy Vilvens Perry Han #toppriority Because of your actions back in February, you have shattered my self-confidence. I am now afraid that I will be treated the same no matter where I am employed because of you. Y'all have taken absolutely no responsibility for your bad actions, and out of corporate arrogance, you refuse to hold others accountable; such as Stacy Rodriguez and Nicole Aboud, and their abuse of authority. I and others have personally experienced how your company will twist, pervert, manipulate, and selectively apply Policy towards employees based on nothing other than corporate agendas, toxic woke culture, and targeted vendettas. I have personally spoken with other former employees that have witnessed managers bragging that they could do whatever they want and face no consequences by corporate. For that, your company deserves no awards, accolades, or public praise. As an employer, you should be condemned for such actions, especially against disabled employees like I was! If anything, you deserve accountability, humility, and exposure for the corrupt bigoted corporate entity you've become. Your founder would be ashamed. So too should be your Board of Directors. You value profit over people. #shame

Attention Walgreens / Walgreens Boots Alliance Tim Wentworth Tracey D. Brown, Rick Gates, John Driscoll, Kristen Vargas, Kim Bender Tews, Neal Sample, #boardofdirectors #humanresources #employeerelations #legaldept #assetsprotection #urgent One year ago today, Walgreens tore my world apart. After 5 years of hard work, becoming a Champion of Champions Award recipient, being innovative within my store, a customer favorite, and a dynamite fundraiser CSA, I was unfairly targeted and terminated as a disabled individual from Walgreens. In five+ years with Walgreens Boots Alliance, I had more negative experiences with the company than positive. I've been targeted, harassed, threatened with physical assault by a fellow employee (who is some how still employed by Walgreens), I've been passed over for career advancement opportunities, and I've been personally degraded by my district manager (Stacy Rodriguez) for my battles with mental illness. I gave Walgreens my entire dedication and worked through a pandemic while being high risk, putting myself in harms way to be a good employee....and I was terminated because corporate twisted their policies to persecute me for politely reminding a customer picking up a FedEx package of wine to "Please drink responsibly." I'm still dealing with the trauma YOUR company left me with. But NONE of the higher ups have the humility, decency, or humanity to contact me to hear my side of the story. Fired with no investigation, and instances that violated Minnesota state law under the Minnesota Human Rights Act for protections of disabled employees. Another example of woke double standards in corporate America. "Rules for thee, but not for we." Disgracefully disgusting behavior! Given everything I endured and witnessed as a Walgreens employee on the front lines, it's no wonder so many former employees have reviewed Walgreens Boots Alliance as one of the most abusive companies to work for. Having gotten 0 sympathy or empathy from corporate leaders, it appears that #Wokegreens is a company of unaccountable bullies at the top.

This is a picture from an NPR article. It depicts a rally held by Starbucks baristas who wanted to unionize. Notice anything? There isn't a single black barista in this picture. But this isn't just about unionization rallies. When you swing by your local coffee shop to get a cup of coffee this morning, looks who's behind the bar. You won't find a black barista there either. I spend a significant amount of time working out of coffee shops and I've even been a barista myself. I rarely -- if ever -- see a person of color pulling my espresso shots behind the bar. Here's why this matters 👇 We're having national conversations right now about the #futureofwork including #dei. But this isn't just a problem to be solved for privileged white collar workers. Racial segregation exists at all levels of the labor market, not just in the C-Suite office. Black baristas are grossly underrepresented in third wave coffee culture -- but that's not the worst part. The very people who have been advocating for greater inclusion and equality -- your local baristas -- haven't even noticed. Here's my take on the overwhelming whiteness of coffee shop culture and why it's a problem: https://lnkd.in/gnyUcgGb

ATTN Walgreens / Walgreens Boots Alliance #humanresources #employeerelations #assetsprotection Rick Gates Perry Han #urgent #toppriority As a disabled person, I can personally attest that Walgreens does NOT value all disabled employees. I informed #employeerelations on MULTIPLE occasions of my multiple impairments and disabilities. How did they respond? They twisted their policies to unfairly target and persecute me as an Autistic individual and allowed a district manager to make slurs about my mental health struggles without ANY consequences. They fired me for politely reminding a customer picking up a FedEx package of wine to please drink responsibly. But when a fellow CSA employee threatened me with physical assault in the workplace, he got a suspension. Walgreens has a two-tiered system of discipline for their employees, and it seems that management are exempt from accountability and consequences for their actions. I challenge ANY corporate suit at Walgreens Boots Alliance to prove me wrong and that they aren't just pretty words for public lip service. I'm a 2021 Champion of Champions Award winner and I have put in the hard work despite the uphill battles. I have persevered despite the persecution by bullies in Corporate America. Walgreens is nothing but talk, and 0 action to back up their promises....they might as well be politicians. If y'all think you're hurting now with public trust, just wait until I start handing out leaflets to customers in the Walgreens parking lots in the weeks to come, and showing them what your company is really like: • toxic • bigoted • discriminatory • corrupt • uncaring • politically motivated • intolerant • and so much more!

On the first day of Black History Month we see decisions like Walgreens can adversely impact the community. The broader implications and reality of these decisions on community health and economic stability. 🏥💔 Healthcare Access: The loss of local pharmacies means more than just a business closing; it's vital healthcare services being stripped away from communities that need them the most. This can lead to significant gaps in treatment and accessing medications for chronic conditions. 💊🩺 Economic Impact: Beyond health, these closures contribute to job losses and economic decline in areas already facing systemic challenges. This perpetuates a cycle of underinvestment and inequality. 💼📉 Historic Underinvestment: This pattern of closures is a stark reminder of the ongoing underinvestment in minority communities, affecting not just healthcare but also education, infrastructure, and economic opportunities. 🏚️➡️🏥 Community Trust: The relationship between community members and their local pharmacies, built on trust and personalized care, is invaluable. These closures of trusted establishments can lead to a reluctance to seek necessary healthcare services elsewhere. 👥💬 Vulnerable Populations: Elderly and vulnerable individuals in these communities are disproportionately affected, facing increased difficulties in accessing essential healthcare services. 👵🏿🧓🏿 Mike Green Elizabeth Leiba Dr. Susan Swayze UCLA PhD, Duke MBA #blackstoriesmatter #BMH

Attention Walgreens / Walgreens Boots Alliance Una Kent, Tim Wentworth, Tracey D Brown, Perry Han Joshua Mitchell Donald Trump Jr. Julie Braastad Calvin Bahr Tom Emmer Shauna Markes-Wilson Kim Bender Tews Kim Metrick #humanresources #employeerelations #legaldept If it means me going to Deerfield Illinois HQ to present my grievances to the board of directors personally, I WILL do so to show them what their company did to destroy my life and take away my self-confidence and self worth, just as they have done to other employees as corporate bullies. I will also present the exact statute in the MN Human Rights Act that your company violated when i was wrongfully terminated in such a discriminatory manner. I will not be violent, but I will be firm in my conviction. I will bring my resume, my exposé articles, and I will hand deliver back to the CEO personally my Champions of Champions plaque from 2021 (which I earned). I am NOT afraid of holding people accountable to their face if necessary, and I will air it live on social media every step of the way. It's time that Walgreens finally make right, and admit their faults as imperfect people. It's time for Walgreens to be more than empty platitudes and snappy catchphrases for marketing. Either you support disabled individuals (like me) or you're full of hot air. Which is it? Do y'all have honor, or is your company a bunch of elite corporate hacks and sellouts? I will go not just for me, but for EVERY SINGLE employee that you have bullied, treated unfairly, abused, and wrongfully terminated. They deserved better. Without us employees, there IS no corporate. My goal remains the same. Transparency, accountability, reinstatement, and reimbursement for the corrupt egotistocal narcissistic corporate abuse, and for unfair treatment. I want my job back, and an apology for ignoring this issue of abuse. Ask yourselves....how much bad publicity do you want this election cycle as I continue my contact with campaigns and departments with investigation powers? Is it worth it to ignore me?
