Cloudflare....Britney Cloudflare needs you to close deals. In sales we are judged by our attainment %. Metrics are meaningless my friend. 7 months in, a ton of activity but no wins. You will get cut no matter where you are. The activity is good and it probably kept you employed an extra month or two. High activity gets you a longer leash but if you ain't closing deals then you gonna get cut. She actually said "I disagree that I haven't met expectations even though I haven't closed anything" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You know me. I call it like I see it. On this one Cloudflare is in the right. Peach, you should take an SDR role. High activity and getting process started seems to be a strength for you. Go crush it as an SDR somewhere....just don't refer to yourself in the third person anymore 🤣🤣 Only people who close business get that right and we don't even do that 🤣

For nearly two years, we've used their network infrastructure for data transfer of our international customers. 🛰️ In this time, we've successfully transferred huge amounts of data, a sign of the robustness and reliability of the solution we've implemented. Stability is key, and with minimal latency fluctuations, we've delivered consistently high performance. ⚡️ Taking exactly one year ago (November 2022) as our benchmark, the bandwidth utilized for our global customers has skyrocketed 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 350% of the level at those times. 📈 This growth only underlines the business milestones we've achieved and highlights the relationship between our technology and commercial success. 💼🔗 This scalability and efficiency are how we've managed to erase virtual borders, offering network transfer capabilities to customers regardless of their geographic location. 🌐🚀 #GlobalTech #Cloudflare #BusinessGrowth #NetworkStability #LatencyManagement

This month I hit my 7th year at Cloudflare. Seven! Siete! This is the longest I have ever been part of a company and...I’m still here. Through ups and down. Through IPOs and recessions. Through leadership changes and rebrands. Each year brings a new challenge, a new unbreakable code that needs to be broken. It’s been eye-opening to see Cloudflare grow from the inside. I think back to every good and bad decision I made as an individual and we made as a team. Some reminders for those at high growth companies: 🌀 Be Decisive. Take time to understand a complex situation, but decisions need to be made quickly. Delaying decisions have ripple effects across internal teams and external customers. 🌀 Don’t nitpick your customers or your employees. 🌀 Everyone is human. See the best in people until proven otherwise. 🌀 Expose problems quickly and bring solutions to the table. Take ownership of those solutions. I'm sure you know these things already, but it’s worth a reminder (even for myself). #anniversary & #reminderoftheday

Is Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince the worst leader of people on the planet????? 9 months ago, he publicly gaslit his entire sales team during an earnings call, where he blamed missing revenue targets on them being lazy. 😡 Then yesterday, Brittany Pietsch and many of her colleagues were "fired for underperformance"... even though Brittany was on a 3 month ramp until Christmas??? 🤬 🤬 Instead of admitting his / Cloudflare's failure of overhiring and needing to cut costs, he instead tried to have his HR department gaslight people into believing their performance was subpar 🤬 🤬 🤬. For the millionth time... this is why I founded Bravado. Stand up for sales when no one else will. Let's come together and help these poor souls out. Who is currently hiring for SDRs, AEs right now? We will waive all Bravado Talent fees for any Cloudflare reps who were "fired for underperforming" that you hire through us. Let's get these people some help. And shame on you Cloudflare/ Matt.
