It was one heck of a ride. I’ll be hanging up the blue Dell shirt for early retirement. Dell has made some organizational changes that resulted in today being my last day as a team member. During my time at Dell, I had the privilege to serve in five diverse roles: Project Manager (DT Renewals), Executive Communications Manager, Interim Talent Management Director, Diversity Program Manager, and Diversity Campus Manager. Each role brought its own set of challenges and learning experiences that I will cherish forever. A special thanks to Nishita Roy-Pope, MBA for believing in me, mentoring me, and giving me the exposure I needed to grow — you took a chance on me and I will never forget it. Artis Ford, thank you for helping me find my place at Dell. Kirby Traynham, I am grateful for your faith in my potential and for giving me the opportunity to delve into talent acquisition. Nathan James Howard and Deonte Thompson, you both have been exceptional mentors, and I have learned so much from you. Shoutout to the CFT team—the best team EVER! It was an absolute joy to work with and learn from you: Giancarla Paredes, Ricardo Stephens II, Haley Fox, Charity Luster, CSM, ITILv4, Ashley Zagaruyka, Deva Nelson, Nichole Key, PHR, MSOL, Matthew Thibault, Zoe Berg (Penner), Franziska Masche, and Sarah Esparza Reflecting on my time at Dell, my cup is runneth over with joy leaving with amazing memories, experiences, accomplishments, and the incredible people I’ve had the honor to meet and work with. You are some of the brightest individuals I’ve ever had the opportunity to collaborate with. Thank you to everyone who made this journey so rewarding and unforgettable. I’m excited for the next chapter in my career — open to work. #onwardandupward
