Thrilled to announce we've completed a $15.9m Series A funding round for VaultSpeed, a leading automated data transformation company. It’s been a pleasure working with Founders Piet De Windt and Dirk Vermeiren on the deal and came as no surprise that we were able to generate such significant interest in the business – a testament to the stellar trajectory the company has achieved recently (2 years of triple-digit revenue growth) and given the Company’s positioning in the mission critical data transformation space. Octopus Ventures (Paul D., Constanza Diaz) led the round supported by existing investors Fortino Capital (Patrick Van Deven & Marcel van der Heijden) with additional support from BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity (Sven Vermeulen), joining PMV (Vincent Hebbelynck) and keystone investors Cronos Group (Wim Bijnens). How to value a seed stage company? Who knows...(Well, Jack McQuire does but I had to fill in for him at the last minute for last week's Valuation Masterclass.)
