The saying that all good things much come to an end couldn’t be more true today as Kris Kramer and I transition from Bridgepointe Technologies and our PPT Solutions Ohana. As Kramer pointed out, it is time for others to lead what used to be PPT, now BPTCX, to new heights and success. I’ve stuggled with what to write in this post and how to properly express the gratitude and thanks I feel for Kris Kramer and I’s entire Ohana - Employees, Partners, and Clients. In doing so, I realized it is like the love I have for my wife and boys - there simply aren’t words that I can write that will properly convey what you all have meant to us over the years so I will simply say, thank you. If I can ever be of help to any of you professionally or personally, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For those that might think about pinging me in the future for CX Strategy or Advice, please do so. While I’m not actively working, I’ll be glad to connect you to the right folks at the best CX Strategy and Advisement company, BPTCX…. Lastly, this post simply would not be complete with acknowledging Kris Kramer. I never could have guessed when we first met in 2007 that we’d do something like this together and that you’d become a true brother to me. Always caring for my parents, Kori, and the boys…..I’m blessed and honored to know you and look forward to getting to hang some in our next phase. Thanks for everything.
