Let’s always remember to include the ‘A.’ ‘A’ is for ‘Accessibility.’ DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility): It’s more than a buzzword, a policy, or a strategy—it’s the foundation for how all organizations should be modeling their workplaces to fully realize the abilities and contributions of all employees. Disability comes in many forms—including what can be seen and what can’t. Neurodiversity is ever present… When you view the workplace through this lens, you’ll find that #equity can not be achieved without #accessibility.
