Hey, what's happening, folks? It's Derek with Anchor Realty Florida. When my wife and I first moved here. When my family and I first moved here. We had a a very good agent. She was super sweet, super nice. Very helpful. Drove us around, show us things, did you know, provided us properties to look at things that they should let us in. But that was about all she did. I started thinking, well, what can I do? What can I do that's different than that, you know, I mean, because there are a lot of agents out here. What can I do? That's not only going to benefit my clients, neighbors and friends, but what can I do that's going to broaden my experience? What's going to make me smarter about the area? And what I've come up with is I'm going to UM. Do quick little videos on as many subdivisions as I can in Crestview. I'll probably start with the larger. These are going to be super quick videos because you know, our attention spans about, you know, so they'll be super quick. Hey, there's this many homes in this subdivision. First one was this day, the last one was sold yesterday for this much. These are the the home builders, so on and so forth, things of that nature. So that's kind of what I'm wanting to do. This may evolve over time. Like I said, there's several subdivisions have a. I want to have a good place for for a good Bank of information for folks that if the company they want to move to Crestview. You know they got a lot of stuff to look at you know they're and that's that's that's my goal.
