Love this interview. Positive reinforcement of the environment that all clubs, every sport, should be striving to create within their teams.
“There are no dumb questions …. Right?”
Also where he talks about the front office recruiting the type of player that wants to learn. Has desire to get better.
If a coach can surround him or herself with like-minded coaches and players it creates a really impressive group of individuals who all buy in to the same philosophy …….
“What do we need to do to be successful?”
Then plan the work and work the plan.

A Supportive Environment in the National Football League (NFL)
Great to hear Los Angeles Rams player, Cooper Kupp, reflecting on the supportive environment at the Rams, in which he was supported as rookie, and now offers that support to other rookies.
Kupp also talks about the character of the players, and this emphasises the importance of recruitment, something I have posted about before with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club head coach, Ange Postecoglou:

A great example on what happens when players are encouraged to support each other.
Video Analysis Report:
On this Report presented to Canberra United Football Club Head coach we can see how they played against Melbourne City FC on their final game for the last season at the Liberty A-League.
Interesting to see how they changed their pressing for the second half, needing to get a win to qualify for playoffs.
On the offensive side, they planned a game with quick transitions, where you can see two goals scored by this way.
I share with you my portfolio where you can find some more examples:

🤔 Has a shift to a lesser focus on school football made it more difficult for players to develop?
