I find the Midwest #housing story fascinating. After decades of being largely undesirable to young people, it's heating up fast. Markets like Cincinnati, Milwaukee, Detroit, etc. It's only a matter of time before they get less and less affordable as well. Interesting perspective! Do you think the increase in demand for Midwest housing could also be driven by factors like job growth, affordability compared to coastal cities, or lifestyle preferences for more space and lower cost of living?
Love your posts. Check out the outlying towns around Oklahoma City. People are still buying strong. Im a flipper in Guthrie
You forgot about Columbus, Ohio, the fastest growing city in the US.

4moWith housing affordability nationwide being an issue, it’s great to see markets where buyers can enter at affordable prices. Yes, they’ll drive up prices as demand meets supply but at least they can be buyers. Buyers of affordable housing have the potential to drive interest in markets previously neglected which is a beautiful thing. I still believe intuitively that a market adjustment is coming. I’ve heard of homes sitting on the market for a year in Cape Coral, Florida. Granted, there’s a home insurance crisis in Florida.
