This includes specifying my "do not disturb" hours. 2. Focused work: With fewer distractions, I tackle high-priority tasks that require deep concentration. 3. Self-care: I have time for exercise, meditation, or simply enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. I get it - not everyone's a morning person. But science backs this up! A recent Inc. magazine survey of fast-growing companies found that 64% of CEOs wake up by 6 AM or earlier. Nearly 90% are up by 7 AM. Now, you don't need to match Apple CEO Tim Cook's 3:45 AM wake-up call to be successful. It's about finding what works for you. Even waking up 30 minutes earlier can make a difference.
