What a pleasure it was to have Dante Ferrero with us during our Food and Wine Festival! It was my first time experiencing firsthand what it's like to cook a whole cow. Over 16 long hours of cooking, and it was totally worth it! Chef, it was a pleasure to meet you, and I am thrilled to continue working with such professional people like you.
