When you absolutely, definitely need to show students how to work in teams, call Kao Data ! Last week the fiercely passionate Adam Nethersole, Mike Tamblingson, Rod Faul and Charlotte Smallwood, supported by the excellent Rory Flashman-Wells challenged students from the Digital Futures Programme to work in a team, and to work with other teams! I was on the UPS team and the students worked to solve the problems they faced, communicating well and figuring out the answers. We spent the day at Lee Valley, and the afternoon was spent white water rafting to put that comms into practice! It was an amazing day, and quite obvious to see that we are generating a lot of interest in young engineers wanting to join the DC industry.

A genuinely incredible, bright group of students to work with - looking forward to next years challenge day already! Also not to forget Tristan and Wendy who were championing the cooling and customer services teams!
