Most of us working in higher education are here as we want to make a positive difference. If you are one of the 250 thousand staff working at universities in the Universitas 21 Network (#U21) listed below, I want to share this opportunity with you. In April the U21 Senior Leaders Group agreed to support a Disability Inclusion Policy Mapping Initiative. University leaders have agreed to provide qualitative responses and data. This project is being led by Professor Paul Harpur OAM and the U21 Disability Community of Practice (which he co-leads with Prof. Anil Aneja, Head of the Department of English at the University of Delhi) to:   1.     analyse and map the data and present a report- which will name and give credit to everyone involved in the report- which could be you – see below; and 2.     to build collaborations across the U21 Network for those interested in disability.   Whether you are working in an academic role or in a professional role, interested in teaching, human resources, research, library, ITS, property, or strategy there are opportunities for lots of people to contribute a little, so collectively those efforts will add up to an exciting result.
