Great Friday Morning to you! This morning let's talk about confidence. As leaders we should be building the confidence of our teammates. To many times we are quick to coach on what is not being done, or the fact our teams do not accomplish the way we would. Note the word accomplish int he previous sentence, encourage chances and choices. Yes accountability is needed and should be in place; however the transferring of our belief into our team and their abilities should be as well. Recognizing the right type of activity can have a profound impact both in our peoples confidence as well as our Team's results.
