As a seasoned member of the Sales and Marketing Team for different search organizations, the biggest complaint I heard from in-house recruiters was the amount of time and effort spent on sourcing the perfect candidate. Nine years ago, I decided to start a new type of company to provide this invaluable resource at a minimal cost, and thus Superior Healthcare Sourcing was born.
