There are some neat ideas on this list! I wear a Signos CGM, along with my Apple watch, it's helped me be more mindful of my behavior over the past six months. I've learned I don't have to be perfect, but I need to be informed about how my body responds to food, drink, and exercise. I see a few other gadgets and apps on this list I might add to my toolbox

You don’t have to jump on every wellness trend to be healthy. There is an overwhelming amount of information out there and every week there is a new “health hack” to add into your life, that some influencer is telling you to do. And if no one worked, or had any responsibilities it might be realistic to create this perfect holistic routine. However, that’s not the case. You need to find a routine that works for you and allows you to be consistent. There is no point having the “optimal” routine if can’t maintain it. I try my best to be healthy but there is always things I could improve on. I’m not perfect, I drink a litre of coffee before 9am on an empty stomach even though I know it will spike my cortisol. I always have the best intention of sleeping 7-8 hours but realistically I probably get just over 6. I lift weights every day and could probably benefit from yoga but to be honest I can’t be bothered. Despite that I have a routine that works well for me and allows me to live a healthy lifestyle where I feel great. I get my blood work done regularly and make sure that everything is on track.
