Happy Fourth of July! On this day, I always reflect on the special day my husband and I became citizens of the United States of America in 2012 (photo below). As we celebrate the Fourth, let’s reflect on all that makes this country great. I believe the people and opportunities across this country are at the top of my list. Remember to spread kindness — show your appreciation for family, neighbors or colleagues, lend a helping hand where you can, and show gratitude for the freedoms we all enjoy. A simple act of kindness can go a long way in making someone’s day even brighter today. Hope everyone enjoys a great Fourth!
Happy 4th - and funny that you're wearing Canadian colours (or were your shoes blue?) 😄
Like you, the 4th of July always reminds me of the days I got my green card and naturalized as a US Citizen. Thank you for sharing your memory and reminding us of the importance of not only spreading kindness but embracing gratitude!
Have a safe and wonderful 4th! 🇺🇸🎆
You are an inspiration Donna Morris
Happy 4th Donna!
I try to make everyday the best for everyone. Great work to you and your husband making it here where you belong.
MY FRIEND FROM VERO BEACH FLORIDA DISTRIBUTION MURAT. I DON'T KNOW HIS LAST NAME BUT HE WAS FROM HAITI. I NEVER SAW ANYONE SO PROUD TO BE A U.S. CITIZENS THEN HIM. HE STARTED ON THE FLOOR WENT TO TRAINOR & WORKED IN OTHER DEPTS. AS I WAS RETIRING I WAS PUSHING HIM TO TAKE THE SUPERVISOR ASST POSITION AND HE MENTIONED HE MIGHT. HE DID ALL THIS IN OVER A 5 YR SPANE. SO CONGRATS TO YOU BOTH.
