Gen Z will make up one-third of the workforce within the next few years. Does your organisation have the benefits this new generation of workers is looking for? Benify partnered with YouGov and surveyed 8000 employees across the globe to better understand what Gen Z wants from their employers. The report features a collection of data-driven insights designed to help companies attract, retain, and engage talented people. With responses from Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and the United Kingdom, this report sheds light on what younger employees need most. Key finding include: - Only 32% of Gen Z prefer to work in an office full-time. - Younger workers are looking for progressive employers, with 43% considering a company's mission, purpose, and values to be essential. - Gen Z employees view jobs as transactional, as opposed to Millennials' emotional attachment to their profession. Benify’s report found that only 62% of Gen Z are highly engaged at work — significantly less than their older counterparts.
