The human experience is such an important journey in healthcare. We cannot provide the best safety and care to patients if staff aren’t cared for and we can’t care for staff unless we address patient safety and care concerns.
People are the driving force of our success, all the time but especially in crisis. We can’t forget how critical the human experience is and how badly we need to nurture the journey.
