President & CEO at Walmart Inc.

It’s not summer without our annual Interns vs. Executives softball game. One of my favorite traditions! We appreciate all our interns for their hard work during their summer with us. Congratulations on the win! Thank you all!

Hey Mr McMillon I call you out cause I want to know what kind of business you running that all of the manager and marketing management have to lie and ethics to keep their nose clean 4 manager at poulsbo store lie you need to check into that before I start putting names on here I will call them all out I wouldn't have a problem doing it I did everything I could to get answers but nobody wants to listen to me so I go on a site where everyone gets on sorry bout all the spelling upset and Frustrated calling out the President CEO of walmart I just want answer or Evidence please and thank you

I'm glad you all are enjoying some fun time. But Mr. McMillon what are you doing to protect your employees and customers shopping at Walmart from being MURDERED? You are locking up products to protect from theft (that takes forever to get an associate to unlock the cases to receive the item) but the one thing that needs protection is Your Workers and Your Customers! The recent stabbing in California was unforgettable. Hire more Security and Police Officers. Walmart needs to own up to NOT PROTECTING YOUR CORE INDIVIDUALS (employees and customers)! Don't waste time, DO IT NOW!

Lol, that is most excellent. What a great way to enjoy a sunny day. I hope they were not too hard on the execs. Lol. Let's go, team Walmart 💙💪👏👍✊️.

Not to belittle those who have been chosen, but it would be good to see the Walmart carve out specific opportunities to include increased BIPOC youth in these programmes. Internships are great and these lucky ones will have a great time, but opening up the internship to everyone should be a top priority. Every year it’s the same, where is the diversity and inclusion.

Events like these not only celebrate accomplishments but also strengthen relationships across different levels of the organization. They help create a positive and engaging work culture where everyone feels valued. Cheers to many more successful and engaging traditions that keep the team spirit high and the work environment vibrant!

The Execs vs Interns softball game is the only meeting I can remember that has caused more pain & injuries than the Rough Friday Merch/Op’s Meeting back in the 90’s-2006….😂
