The time has come to celebrate the extraordinary women of the automotive industry and motorsport with the opening of nominations for the #WOW Award 2024.
We are looking for nominees whose recent achievements — within the last few years — have made a significant impact 🚨
1. 𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚?
Women who have distinguished themselves through excellence and innovation in areas such as engineering, design, management, racing, etc. Their contributions should have significantly influenced the industry with technological advancements, exceptional performances, commitment to sustainability, or the promotion of inclusion and diversity in recent years.
2. 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚?
Send your nominations to 𝐰𝐨𝐰@𝐰𝐰𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐲.𝐧𝐞𝐭 with "WOW" in the subject line. Please include the nominee's name, the country of her activities, a description of around two or three sentences of her recent contributions, and your contact details.
3. 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚
Submit your nomination before 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, 𝗮𝘁 𝟬𝟬:𝟬𝟬 (New Zealand time).
4. 𝙉𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙨:
After nominations close, a panel of WWCOTY juries (non-voting) will review all submissions to select the top five finalists. The 76 distinguished women jurors of the WWCOTY will then cast their votes to decide the winner. The results will be announced on May 21, 2024, at 00:00 (NZT).

3wVery cool accomplishment...especially at 21 years of age. One thing I learned in a high school class is that men and women have different vision. Men generally have better long distance vision while women have much better peripheral vision. I wonder if/how that factors into her success at all? 🤔
