It stands for *Feedback On ‘Our’ Performance* – an internal performance review program at Motley. But FOOP is more than just a name of an initiative; it's a promise. It's about creating a two-way communication channel where not only the team receives feedback, but where our leadership humbly seeks feedback from the team too. (Now you know why the quotation marks for Our?) The energy during these one-on-one FOOP sessions was nothing short of electric! Our amazing team was not just open to receiving feedback but incredibly vocal and honest about sharing their insights and thoughts for their seniors. It was a moment of true collaboration, growth, and bonding. As a Founding Partner of Motley, I couldn't be prouder of the kind of people who make our agency what it is. It's moments like these that remind us why we started this journey – to create a space where every individual's voice is valued, where we learn from one another, and where we continue to evolve and excel as a team.
