    Last week, we were thrilled to host 20 of the best and brightest students from universities in the tri-state area at Ascent -- DOZ's Annual Emerging Leaders Program. Over the course of the program, participants competed in strength-finding competitions, engaged in rapid-fire debates, and networked with partners and principals at DOZ. We finished the day with some fun and amazing conversations at Topgolf -- what a great experience! A huge thank you to everyone involved, especially our amazing speakers and facilitators, Greg Chester and Jeff Lathrop. We’re grateful to have shared this event with such a talented group of future leaders.
