👨🔧 The role of the GPO is critical in times of major business disruption, as operating models evolve, and for large-scale digital and ERP transformations.  🚀 The set-up of the GPO organization will determine the ability to drive transformation across the enterprise. GPOs need to ensure that their end-to-end processes are set-up in ways that best balance the current and future needs and desires of key parties involved – GBS, business units, functions and geographies, and the guidelines provided by Technology.     ❕ It is important to understand the options when it comes to GPO roles and responsibilities more closely.
