Can you help? I'm trying to find the best resources to help male leaders to become better allies to women, and to build more diverse leadership teams. I believe they're open to this, but they need good evidence & tools to give them confidence it's worth the extra effort. What do you recommend as great resources as Christy Brandt, MCC and I work with our executive coaching clients, who are predominantly CEOs, founders, and C-suite leaders at startups? I think I've always been an intuitive ally. I was raised by a single mom and watched what my mom and sister and my wife, and her mom, went through in professional life. For me, being an ally to women just made sense, and I'm not always sure how to explain what seems obvious to me. Can you help by pointing out sources & resources, so I can build on the shoulders of those who have already done great work? Sources such as Karen Catlin's _Better Allies_ work, and even Lawler Kang's hilariously true _The E Ticket_...but what resources have worked for you?

Might we be your tribe? I've been in so many rooms where I've had to put in the extra effort to show up powerfully because I didn't feel like I belonged. I always make the best of it since that's what I'm there for, but it's few and far between when I walk into a room, and it feels like my tribe.
