A few months ago, I was back in India after six years. There is a comfort in rituals and rituals that provide a framework for stability when you are trying to find answers.There is no coincidence that stability brings success and success brings stability. People respond in accordance to how to relate them.If you approach them on the basis of violence, that how they will react.But if you say, "we want peace, we want stability" we can do alot of things that would contribute towards the progress of society. Happy New Year? Fine, we are one step closer to witnessing the greatness of humanity but are you getting any closer to witnessing your greatness? You can surely make resolutions like other people do, you may even follow them. But lemme guess, you did the same last year? Didn't you? Everything was going great, but then suddenly one day something urgent came up or you were just too tired to follow your resolution. And the next thing you know your resolution is far from complete and the year has turned to dust. You're not at fault here, you are just unaware. Lemme explain See your body is nothing but a set of programmed habits. Why are habits formed? To conserve your thinking energy. right? The human brain has evolved just to ensure your survival by any means necessary. So it tries to conserve as much energy as possible. So when you make new resolutions, following them would interfere with your pre-existing habits and will force you to spend more energy. And as mentioned above, your brain is designed to conserve energy. So, I guess now you get the point, of why it becomes hard to stick to resolutions. But you're human, you have your consciousness, and that's the beauty of being human. Now you know that you're not the one breaking the resolutions. Now when you encounter situations that force you to give up on your resolutions, keep in mind that it's just the brain doing its job. But you know what needs to be done. You will grow only when you decide to do what makes you uncomfortable. Did you stick to the resolutions you made at the beginning of this year? In 2023, I have been reflecting on my past and how far I have come from my childhood. I have learned to use my past as an inflection point along my grateful journey. Unfortunately, some people fear getting older and feel they have already lived their best years. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to experience the magnificent gift of life. Getting older is a blessing. 🌎While I am Earthing/Grounding, I revisit some of my past unfortunate experiences and realize that each one provided me with a treasure-trove of invaluable lessons. Here are a few epiphanies I have had along my journey: ✅️Go easy on yourself for your past issues. As long as you consistently learn from your experiences, you are living life the right way. ✅️Have patience with yourself and others. Some lessons take longer to understand. ✅️Forgive often and release any pent-up resentment, anger, or animosity towards others. ❤Tell those you love how you feel. Don't wait or think they already know. Sharing your feelings is a strength, not a weakness.❤ ✅️Treat others kindly by sharing your Heart Energy with them. We NEVER know what someone is going through. ✅️Stand in Your Power by being sincere, authentic, genuine, and engaged with others- one of the axioms I created- S.A.G.E. ✅️Reframe any old issues by visualizing how you would respond today. This is exceptionally cathartic and heals your soul. GAMECHANGER ALERT! ✅️Share your innate gifts and creativity with the world. With over 8 billion people in the world, there are no two people alike. ✅️Don't wait for the perfect time to go after your dreams. There is never a perfect time.
