One of the best tips I can give for health is this… If you start to feel a sensation in your body, don’t ignore it. Do you have to go to the bathroom? → Go, don’t wait until you’re done with whatever task. It’s a waste that needs to leave the body and wreaks havoc when it’s held. Are you thirsty? → Let’s be honest - we all could benefit from more hydration. Keep a water bottle nearby and take small sips throughout the day. Bonus points if it’s ice-free ;) Are you craving anything? Sweet? Salty? → Cravings are typically tied to emotions. Can you find a few seconds to connect with yours? It might sound simple, but this ^ is the important work. My 3 pillars for optimum health & wellbeing are: 1. A healthy, active body. 2. A balanced diet - everything in moderation. 3. A positive mindset. Put these 3 together and you will be on fire!
