Skin reactions (eczema, acne), fatigue, a 'drippy' nose, sneezes or congestion are also common food reactions. Save this post! 📌 Then we might have to address a few root cause issues that I often see in clinic: 🔬 Yeast or candida overgrowth 🦠 Gut dysbiosis 💊 Nutritional deficiencies (particularly zinc and iron) ⚡ Poor digestion 🥛 Food intolerances 💩 Constipation There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to resolving picky eating behaviors, but fixing these underlying problems can be very helpful. Each child may need a different practical approach too: 🔗 Food chaining 👩🍳 Get your child involved in cooking 🥄 Introducing small amounts of food 🔁 Repetition 🍽️ Offer new foods with “safe” foods These are all good practices I still use today.
