Right to Start Founder and CEO Victor W. Hwang was quoted today by the Detroit Regional Chamber. At the Mackinac Policy Conference that wrapped up yesterday, Victor discussed the challenges that entrepreneurs face, including childcare, education, and healthcare, with a particular focus on the lack of supportive policies for small businesses. 82% of entrepreneurs believe the government favors big businesses over them, underscoring the need for a comprehensive approach to support small businesses. 🤝 Despite these hurdles, there is strong bipartisan support to improve the business environment. Victor told the audience, “People across both parties [want entrepreneurs to succeed] … there are people that have seen how the system doesn’t work. ...It’s just very powerful to see. And often, they’ll say 'This is the first time we’ve worked so closely on things together.'” 🏁 Read the full debrief here: https://lnkd.in/eKkPzTJE Song Foundation #MPC24 #LetUsStart #BuildYourDreams #entrepreneurship
