If you’re early in your career, here’s my advice: ➡️ Go where you are empowered. To be clear, “empowered” doesn’t mean “in power.” You don’t need to be in charge. What you need is a place that feels right. A place where you know you’re working on the right issues at the right scale. And more than that, it needs to feel like a place where you can learn, offer your insights, and together with your team – do something extraordinary.

It’s not about titles but about being in an environment that values your input and fosters your development. Seek out places where you feel motivated and aligned with the mission. That’s where you’ll truly make an impact!

Rajiv J. Shah Dr Raj, A person like you passing knowledge to the next generation, which is my generation, is helping us to make the world a better place 🌍 and believe that I'm doing the right thing. ✅ Why is my mission for this world important? In India, approximately 15% of the population, about 214.2 million people, need mental health support. 🧠 Which is a terrifying number!!! 😱 And the sad part is that we only have around 9,000 to 10,000 registered psychologists. 😔 This means there are only about 0.7 mental health professionals for every one lakh people, while the standard guidelines suggest there should be at least three psychiatrists per one lakh population. 📉 When I learned about these numbers in spreadsheets, it deeply hurt me and gave me so much frustration. 😣 I asked myself, WHY??? 🤔 This biggest problem fuels our mission to bridge this gap and make mental health support accessible to all Indians. 🌟 One thing I want to highlight to the world: we are committed to making a positive impact by providing easy access to qualified therapists, making mental health accessible and available for all Indians. 💪🧠

Great advice. Amidst today's ever-evolving working world, finding an organization that not only aligns with your values — but supports upskilling and career advancement — is essential.

So true! Empowered also means not driven solely by power, which such a lot today are. Men status is their career whatever it is, often disciplined work that provides higher income for their family to be provided. Some University taught live behind the "facade" of a career title, for example when put uniform on, are in their role, not whom they are outside of uniform.

It’s not about having a big title but finding a spot where you can really learn and make an impact. 🙌
