Ageism in Tecnology or any field is very real. I often wonder if I will face this type of discrimination as I continue on my journey into tech at 43. Most of my peers are in their twenties. This story has given me hope and more inspiration to keep doing what I love.

There's hope in Tech than anywhere else. For those who have stayed in tech in their early career journey you still have privilege to apply for Snr Tech Manager, Snr. Tech Assessment Manager etc even at 60s. This is my confidence everyday. We'll work out until 65+ if not more
