A helping hand in reducing carbon emissions. The Dyson Airblade 9kJ hand dryer produces up to 85% fewer CO₂ emissions, and is the only hand dryer to achieve the Carbon Trust's Lower Carbon label. We’re proud of that label – it means our machine’s carbon footprint meets international standards for emission reduction. And not only does the Dyson Airblade 9kJ reduce carbon emissions, it also reduces unnecessary paper towel waste and costs up to 99% less. We work hard to pioneer technology that saves time and energy. Reduce carbon. Reduce waste. Reduce costs. Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/g_C_t34w
It seems Dyson intentionally uses uncommon terms kJ to describe common issue. Why not use common terms power (in watts)? Power (in watts) = Energy (in joules) / Time (in seconds) = 9kJ / 10 sec (assume common time to dry hands) = 900 Watts This would be much clear. Besides, it said it produces 85% fewer CO2 emission, what is it reference to? to paper towel waste? or to something else?
Why I hate Dyson now, because I have been scammed by Dyson. I bought a super expensive dyson corrale straightner 3 years ago thinking that it will last me Atleast 5 years minimum but the truth is the battery can only last for 2 years and so the warranty. So you buy a product worth couple of grands to get this in the end. NOT FAIR DYSON. When I ask customer service they ask me to pay 50% of the amount more in order to get a new one. So i end up paying 800 $ for a straightner. NOT FAIR AT ALL
I wonder why the air blowing direction is to our body instead of away from body or blow down direction?
Anything that reduces emissions in a men’s public toilet can only be a good thing!
Saw this at many airports in India these are exceptional
Unfortunately order of spare part is not being delivered since more than 2 months ago given in Türkiye for low reach adaptor. Dyson
Very disorienting and misleading…but nice design…
Very innovative

3moWhy is it that public toilets with these air dryers always look like a mess vs. those with auto one paper sheet towel dispensors? I just don't like the idea of blowing aerosol particles around in a public toilet. Reduce carbon, reduce waste, reduce costs - those all seem like things the customers of this product would never mention as a priority to them. The video shows the paper towels just spweeing out. That's not really what happens. Most all towel dispensor put out one sheet and pause. I'd like to see if surgeons would like this system when they prep for an operation.
