10moIt’s good to see that there are some forward thinking personnel remaining in the Electric Industry. But the smaller voltage transformers, while essential, are not as critical as EHV transformers (I.e., the physical raid at Metcalf). All bulk and distribution system EHV’s are totally unprotected across the electromagnetic spectrum from attack, including physical, and especially Cyber.
