MPD’s priorities to communicate to our public are as follows: 1. Community - posts/stories focusing on community engagement efforts. 2. Safety - posts/stories educating about safety tips, highlighting cases and press releases. 3. Recruitment - posts/stories to generate interest in applying. 4. Wellness - feel good posts/stories, posts/stories highlighting MPD’s wellness initiatives. 5. The South Gloucestershire Business Show 2023 Wednesday 08 & Thursday 09 November 2023 UWE Enterprise 1 – BS34 8RB   We know that mental health is one of the significant challenges facing businesses and staff teams. Culture and the arts can really help.   UK workplace absences soar to highest level in decade, report finds (Chartered Institute for Professional Development (CIPD) and Simplyhealth). In total 918 organisations, representing 6.5 million employees, were surveyed. Stress is now a major contributor to short and long-term absences, the report suggests, with 76% of respondents saying they took time off work in the past year for that reason.
