The last 3 weeks at ExaCare have been a wild ride 🏎️💨 Since starting, I have: - learned the ins and outs of this product - spent hours with thought leaders to get feedback - collaborated and built various sequences, scripts & sales assets - ran loads of demos and mock demos - practiced talk tracks to accelerate my knowledge - gotten to know a whole new group of people - learned how to play code names virtually - vetted different software platforms to create sales efficiencies for the org - learning how to advertise - met with advisors and adding some #Iykyk - learned a new tech stack - and much more... Honestly, my favorite part so far is the overall sentiment of the product: Everyone says, "It looks super easy to use" 🙌🏼 It's a beautiful thing to hear that from folks who will use the product & change lives everyday in Senior Living. Lastly, I knew that joining a start up would be no joke. And the level of intensity and effort our team puts in to provide the best service we can is an incredible thing to see. I'm proud to be part of a team that is so driven, quick, responsive, intelligent & enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the Senior Living industry. We're only getting started. It was 2011, but I remember it like it was yesterday. I walked into Gareth Steer's office, then MD of Optegra. I sat to discuss our 126% growth in first-appointment conversation rate results. My eyes caught a list ⬇ from my training course on his wall. I felt like a champ! 🏆 So, I’m sharing with you "13 Game-Changing Tips for First Impressions in Healthcare." Let’s make each patient feel like they’re the only one, shall we? 👉 Be Ready: Have the patient’s info at hand. Know them before you meet them! 👉 Be Inspired: Greet them like your job depends on it. Spoiler: it does. 👉 Pep Talk Yourself: Each patient's experience is new. Make it special for them. 👉 Be On Time: Lateness? A no-go. Show you value their time. 👉 Smile: It’s the global hello! 😃 👉 Eye Contact: Lock eyes 80% of the time. Builds trust fast. 👉 Use Their Names: Nothing sounds sweeter. Ask if you can go first-name basis. 👉 Pronounce Right: Names matter. If you don’t know, ask. 👉 Say Thanks: A quick "thanks for coming!" goes a long way. 👉 Offer Drinks: Don't point. Bring it to them! 👉 Make It Comfy: Take their coats, adjust the temp. Make them feel at home. 👉 Be Tidy: A clean room says you care. 👉 Walk, Don’t Run: Use the short walk toward the exam room as a warm-up. Start building that rapport. Nailing first impressions? Actions speak louder than ideas !! Go Around Wyndham - This was one of BibVault's early initiative. We went to local community with our basic core MVP version of BibVault which was 'just enough' functional aiming to solve one problem - Enable consistent ways for people to continue their physical activities. We used it to test our 3 core riskiest assumptions - People will adopt gamified connected physical fitness through virtual races  - People will pay for registration. - Get rewarding partners 145 registrations ( 43 paid )  94 finishers  10 supporting partners Many key lessons learnt including - Participants wanted smaller objectives  - Participants seeked point based rewards.  - Marketing should had been 2x.  - How not to position our message - Handling Strava API syncing issues & map rendering issues in our product development With all those insights and after many iterations based on our customer feedback, fast forward now, We have crossed 400,000 active minutes with 40+ devices integration and with 2000+ rewards from 25+ National Retailers. We are continuously innovating our ways to solve this big problem under various settings.
