i had so much fun last week as i kept applying for jobs. such a refreshing break from those tedious, boring, and repetitive job applications. reason? - the hiring format. Thread you beauty 🌼 they had my heart at hello, their application format! that feeling of getting personal attention when someone takes my name! Thread did that. asked my name first and the questions later were all framed such that a person is asking me those and not a screen. the scroll and get a question in their monochrome style was the perfect CTA for getting me to answer without being generic, pour myself in those text boxes, and smile once in a while. such sweet notes like this one i've shared in the image made me go all awwwwwwwwwwwe - i want to be a part of this! the experience showed me what to expect if i work here.
