As we celebrate 5 years in business, it’s time we rolled out something that’s been in our hearts for a while. In our half decade of decluttering, streamlining and organizing for mostly women (and busy women at that), we found that many of them were: 1. Stretched too thin 2. Always striving for more and 3. Stressed and overwhelmed OUR SOLUTION TO THIS: Facilitate a movement to encourage women to stop striving and start being, offering events and programs to help them prioritize their worth and well-being, so they can destress and declutter inside and out. We want to see girls and women live confident, clutter-free lives! Follow Worth It Not Perfect to see the upcoming events we’re planning for busy women wearing all the hats. #worthitnotperfect #simplyorderedsolutions

Educate Yourself: Take the time to learn about women's history, including the accomplishments of women in various fields such as science, literature, politics, and the arts. ✨ 2. Support Women-Owned Businesses: Show your support for women entrepreneurs by shopping at women-owned businesses or using services provided by women. 🌺 3. Celebrate Women in Your Life: Take the opportunity to celebrate the women in your life—whether it's your mother, sister, friend, or colleague—by expressing your appreciation for their contributions and achievements. 💗 #womenhistorymonth #womeninhistory

Glad to be a part of this National team acting locally in Texas paving the way for diversity in Boards. It's important work because it increases shareholder value in addition to bringing equitable representation in organizations. Per various reports quoted in studies including those done by McKinsey and Harvard: 1. Diverse boards were better equipped to identify and mitigate risks associated with new business ventures. ( Harvard, 2019) 2. Companies with more than 30% female board representation had higher return on equity, lower leverage, and higher valuations than companies with less than 10% female board representation.( Credit Suisse, 2020) 3. Companies in the top quartile for gender diversity on executive teams were 25% more likely to have above-average profitability than companies in the bottom quartile.
