We have selected Meditech as our EPR partner for Norfolk and Waveney. Five years to write the business case and get approvals! Watch the desert will bloom!
The journey begins! We're thrilled to kick off our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme, aiming to create a seamless and efficient healthcare system across our acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney. Follow us for updates and milestones along the way. #EPRProgramme #DigitalHealth
Congratulations to all the Acute Hospitals in the region, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust, James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. I actually feel quite emotional having worked and supported this region for more than 10yrs, not before time, and in some ways some should hang their heads in shame at not having funded and supported this region more quickly over the years, some fantastic people working across it that have had put up with too little for too long!
FINALLY!!!! Biggest transformation programme the system will ever deliver can’t wait to see the improvements as a patient/ resident.
Really pleased to be at the start of this journey. It will be an amazing digital foundation for N&W and finally connect us in providing great care.
Well done Ed Prosser-Snelling - we look forward to going on this journey with you. it has been a long process but it will all be worth it in the long run.

Well done lots of hard work to get here, but lots more to go live, then the work really starts. One EPR across the sector will make a big difference.

1moWhile in the past I had some reservations, I believe now is the right time to tackle this challenging IT project. As an observer and critic, I'm confident the expertise within the team will overcome any bumps along the way and lead to success.
